DIRTY STAIN OR OIL FABRIC

(i) Do not put semi finished garment pr finished garment On floor.
(ii) All semi finished and finished garment should put into box or big. Rack to prevent dirty stain.
(iii) All semi finished and finished garment should be. Covered by should cloth before leaving.
(vi) All operators should be cloth to clean. The sewing machine before start work every morning,
(v) All operators should wash and clean their hand before start work.
(vi) All operators must inform supervisors. One found oil leakage of sewing machine.

EMBROIDERY,APPLIQUE, DECORATIONS,PRINTS

Applique, Embroideries and prints must be carefully and securely applied.
The embroidery backing must be compatible with the color and quality of the material.
The embroidery backing must be cleanly trimmed to the shape of the embroider.
The embroidery must lay flat to material and the float yarns mist not result in pulling.
Breaks must be repaired by having the needle thread pulled to the underside, before over stitching.

GENERAL QUALITY REQUIREMENT

Stitch Quality Requirement
(i) Top stitch sewing
        (a) 9/10-11/12-to 14 stitch per inch
        (b) Tension should not too tight to cause puckering
        (c) Tension should not too loose to cause loose stitch
        (d) Should no broken stitch,Skip stitch.Run off stitch
        (e) Should  no broken stitch,Skip stitch,Run off stitch Irregular stitch.
        (f) Should no yarn hiking due to using blunt needle.


(ii) Marking points must not show.
    =>Raw edges must not show no lap felled seams.
    =>All edges must be finished,
    => Edge neatening seams must be clear of fray fabric, stitching must be even and consistent, and the edge must not roll.
    =>Needle, machine settings and yarn count must be such the damage to the material and seams does not occur.
    =>Basting stitches must not visible on the finished garment.
    =>Turned edges e.g collars, cuffs, label etc must be rolled so that the underside is covered.
    =>On top stitching must be equal distance from the seam edge, multi-needle top stitching must run parallel.
    =>Top stitching must not be joined when the stitching breaks and the stitch density and appearance mist be constant.
    =>Buttonholes, press stud rivets, eyelets must not foul the top-stitching,
    =>The length and width of the bar tack must be correct to the application and be positioned correctly.
    =>The bar tacks must be so positioned that the fabric cannot tear.
    =>Piping trims must be finished to the specified width and must not pucker.
    =>Side seams may be closed with a safety stitch.
    =>Side seams may be closed with a safety stitch.

(iii) Over lock stitch
    (a) stitch per
    (b) Edge cutting knife/blade should be sharp enough to cut a clean edge during over lock stitch
    (c) Tension should not tight or too loose.

All operators must know and checking by themselves what is the sewing quality our required. Supervisors and Q.C staff should frequency check the quality of each Operators doing in job.

(a) All bundle should be in security tie during sewing operation to avoid small parts of cutting component to be loose or mixed.
