(B) STYLING AND STITCHING INSTRUCTION :
1. 100% cotton 13.75 oz Denim Ladies 5 pocket jeans Pant.
2. Waist Band will be 4 cm width and 2mm S.N.T.S at both edge and 5 pcs, belt loop will be at waist band. Waist band closed on horizontal
eyeland button hole with one Antic Brass snap Button.
3. 1 Brass Zipper at fly. Size 34 & 36=6", 38+40=6½, 42+44=7"
4.Therese will be two curve pocket at both left and right side. Pocket mouth end will, I be riveted.
5. 1.2 cm folded hem at bottom leg opening.
6. Two back yoke at back part and one pleat at middle yoke should be single needle lock stitch (each yoke)
7. Front pocket,Coin pocket ,Front Fly, Front Rise, Back Rise, Yoke and Back Pocket will be 6mm top stitch..
8. Toto 17 Pcs bar tack as per our approval sample.
9. On side seam 21 cm length S.N.T,S at Both side.
10. Sewing thread will be golden color in top stitch and over lock will be approval sample.
11. Back pocket have "V" shape decorative stitch placement as per our approval sample.
12. Per inch stitching sill be 9tp 10.
(C) OTHER INSTRUCTION
1. Size label will be attach at inside of waist band near left side of back rise is (1 cm distance)
2. One leather label (Capito) will be attached at right side of back waist band. Stitching will be 4 side by D.T. M.. Thread and placement as per our approval sample.
3. Total 17 pcs bar tack as per our approval sample
4. Hang Tag will be attached at right side back plt.
5. Garments will be bleach wash as per our approval swatch.
PACKING INSTRUCTION
a. Half folded flat packing per a poly bag. suitable quantities (sold color and size) per one export carton. Carton size- N4= 597xz297x 397mm
b. Balance qty must pack in solid color and solid size as per our instruction.
c. Poly bag must stick with label (white ground black wording) on right side bottom showing baur art no.
d. All poly bag, carton must be recicleable and mark with
(green dot (poly bag only ) recicle symbols.
e. Hang Tag, price Ticket placement will be advised detail design and size break-down.
