(1) Men's long sleeve piloten shirt, solid color kent collar two chest pocket weth flap & button, loops on shoulder with button and front packet.
(2) collar point length will ne 7cm and 6mm s.N.T.S. with T.C. semi fused interlining and collar height will be 7cm. (collar-4cm & Band 03cm)
(3) Shoulder (Front yoke ) will be lmm S.N.T.S. 4 shoulder drop 8/b 4.5mm.
(4) Arm hole will be 6mm S.N.T.S. 1/16
(5) 6mm S.N.T.s>will be cuff edge.
(6) Cuff seam will be plain stitch and 7mm D.N.T.S. by rolling and attaching T.C non fused interlining.
(7) Front packet with T.C. non fused interlining, placket width 3cm and both edge of placket will be 6mm S.N.T.S. button pleat rolling will be 2.5cm
(8) Pocket width 12.5cm and length 14.5cm and pocket will be hexagonal pointed shape.
(9) Pocket mouth will be 13mm rolling and stitching both edge should be triangle.pocket attaching by l mm S.N.T.S./ both sides and bottom pocket flap measurement will ne 13x3/5x6cm.
(10) Back yoke will be l mm S.N.T.S as per our approval sample.
(11) Back yoke width will be 8.5m.
(12) Bottom will be am folded (straight)
(13) 7 pcs 18b 4 holes plastic white button for f/placket 1 pcfor each poclet 1 Pc for each cuff 1 pc for each shoulder
(14) 5 thread safety overclock in side adc arm hole and sleeve seam.
(15) stitching per inch will be 11-12
(16) Sewing thread must be D.T.M W
(17) sleeve placket will be 14x2. 5x3cm and gulf W/B l cn rolling.
(18) Cuff attachment time there will be on 2cm depth pleat distance will be size wise grading.
